MFR Carbon cleaning

We have introduced a new innovative product to our service list called MFR carbon cleaning to tackle soot build up in motors for a cleaner, fuel efficient and lower emissions drive. Our product is eco-friendly, non-toxic and contains no solvents or acids.

How it works

Everyday use of your vehicle leads to the gradual accumulation of carbon deposits throughout the engine and exhaust system. This impacts the performance of a vehicles drivability as well as increasing your carbon emissions and using up more fuel. Overtime this build up can be so significant that the motor will struggle to ventilate and could be damaged. How our carbon cleaner works is the liquid is sprayed into the combustion chamber located in the engine while the vehicle is still running. After some time carbon deposits and soot build up start to breakdown and loosen from the inside of the combustion chamber. This residue is burnt with combustion chamber and existed through the exhaust system, leaving you with a clean and efficient intake system which will increase the longevity of your engine.

With our Carbon Cleaning service:

  • Our mobile Carbon Cleaning technicians come to you
  • No disassembly is required, therefore no expensive labour
  • Completed in an average of 45-60 minutes so no requirement to leave your vehicle in a workshop
  • We are fully insured to complete this service at the roadside or wherever your vehicle is located
  • To maintain the health of your engine we recommend you book a carbon clean for your vehicle every 6months to a year. In particular diesel vehicles but petrol cars would greatly benefit from this too.

DPF filter cleaner

DPF filter cleaner is a newest addition to our service list that cleans the diesel particulate filter, instead of replacing the entire filter which can be quite costly.

How it works

Diesel particulate filters capture and store exhaust soot in order to reduce emissions from diesel cars. However due to the filters limited capacity the soot becomes trapped causing it to be ineffective and creates back pressure, as a result the vehicle lacks in power which increases fuel usage. Another reason filters get clogged can be because of failed components such as sensors and EGR valves. Rather than replacing the whole DPF filter you can book service with us and we can perform the clean.

To put it simply, how our DPF cleaner works is; our solvent is pressurised in through the DPF pressure sensor pipe directly into the DPF which breaks down the soot particles in the DPF filter and pushes it out the exhaust system. The filter does not need to be removed to perform this clean.

With our DPF filter cleaning service:

  • No disassembly is required, therefore no expensive labour
  • Completed in an average of 30-60 minutes so no requirement to leave your vehicle with professionals for days on end
  • We are fully insured to complete this service at the roadside or wherever your vehicle is located
  • To maintain the effectiveness of your filter we recommend you book a DPF filter for your vehicle every 10,000 to 15,000kms. In particular diesel vehicles but petrol cars would greatly benefit from this too.
